Scotty and six other students end up trapped in their high school during a raging nor’easter, that ends up being the worst blizzard ever beheld. It’s not actually scary, but if you tend to think the sky is falling when it isn’t (like moi) then this book will probably exacerbate that feeling… As the days add up, the snow piles higher, and the empty halls grow colder and darker, the mounting pressure forces a devastating decision.”Ī quick, suspenseful read that’s fitting for this season! But if it’s actually snowing right now, you might not want to read this one right then. But then the power goes out, then the heat. Still, it doesn’t seem so bad to spend the night at school, especially when distractingly hot Krista and Julie are sleeping just down the hall.
